Yes! Fallout New Vegas came with a lot of bugs and clearly they won't be all corrected with the patches. Even if we can hope the serious crashing ones are disappearing soon, levitation won't disappear as well as low details rendering for characters (I still hardly believe it's actually the same rendering engine used for Far Cry 2!).
On the bad points I'll also add the radio which is too quickly repetitive and which I've turned of really quickly while I've never turned it off playing Fallout 3.
Nevertheless I just take one point of for that and give it 5/6. Despite its defaults, Fallout New Vegas is clearly my most favorite video game of the year for it really offered me the best RPG experience on video game I've had since ... Fallout 2! If you love role playing, you just have to get yourself Fallout New Vegas. I know I'd spent many hours again in the Wastelands even without the incoming DLC.
